Do you accept appointments?
Yes, we can accept appointments by calling, appointment request through the website, or Facebook messenger. We are normally booked a week out, so please call as soon as you know. We do have same day walk-in appointments.
What types of pets do you treat?
We are experienced in the treatment of a wide range of animals, including:
- Dogs
- Cats
- Small Farm Animals
Which forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due in full when services are rendered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, CareCredit, checks, and cash.
Do you offer payment plans?
Currently, we do not offer payment plans from AAVS. We do however off Scratch Pay and Care Credit options. If you are unsure if you can pay, please inquire about your options before seeing the vet.
Do you accept emergencies?
We do accept emergencies on a case-by-case basis. We do recommend calling before coming to make sure we can accommodate you.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Great question! We no longer allow walk-ins to call, sit, and wait. However, we have same-day urgent appointments available Monday through Friday. Please give us a call for more information.
Do I need to pay for parking?
No. We are located in the Pearl Kai Shopping Center. There is ample free parking.
