Q: CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? 

    Yes, you can make an appointment by calling, appointment request through the website, or Facebook messenger. However, we are normally booked 3-4 days out.  We do accept walk-ins Monday through Friday from 8am - 2pm. 

Q. IF I WALK-IN, HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT? 

     Good Question.  It all depends on how many people have already checked in and are waiting in front of you at the time you check in.  Average wait time for a walk-in is 45 minutes to 1 hour. 

Q.WHERE DO I PARK? IS IT FREE?

     We are located in the Pearl Kai Shopping center.  There is ample free parking.  

Q. WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY? 

     Payment is due in full when services are rendered.  We accept visa, mastercard, american express, discover, apply pay, Samsung pay, care credit, checks, and cash.  

Q.DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS? 

     At this time we do not.  We understand that the cost of pet care can sometimes be overwhelming and unexpected.  If you are unsure if you are able to play please inquire about your options before seeing the doctor. 

Q. WHAT IS THE KITTEN KLINIC AND CAN I BRING FERALS?  

     Kitten Klinic is multiple times a month.  Kitten Klinic includes spay/neuter, microchip, and first round of FVRCP.  You can bring max two kittens per a kennel.  Feral cats are REQUIRED to come in a trap, this is for the safety and protection of our staff. 

Q. DO YOU MAKE HOUSE CALLS?

     We do based upon what is going on with the pet.  Please call the clinic at 808-445-3624. 

Q. WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED COPIES OF MY PET'S HEALTH RECORD? 

    Please call our clinic and we can help you obtain copies.
