“I brought my very shy (75 pound) dog here yesterday for a check up and some vaccines. Louise was able to get my dog inside of a room pretty quickly after we arrived, which was great because he had been terrified in the waiting room but did ok in the room alone with me. Louise and Dr. Kaleikau were patient with both me and my dog as we figured out how to get situated for the checkup and vaccines. They talked to my dog and gave him treats. We were able to get everything done quickly in one appointment. Dr. Kaleikau asked if I would be okay with the idea of giving my dog anxiety medication the next time we visit. I appreciated the conversation we had about that and how she left it up to me. The prices are good, but the love and care the employees have are what ultimately makes it worth it to come again!”
